Located in the Western Maine mountains, we offer a 7+ course prix-fixe menu featuring ingredients local to Maine. Because what's as local as possible and what's in season changes all the time, we change our menu for every experience.
We provide the menu sealed in wax at the time of the experience so guests can choose whether to get a peek into it or be led through the experience instead. We provide your choice of alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage pairings.
Roundtrip van transportation is offered within an hour drive of our location in New Vineyard, including Rangeley Lakes, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Carrabassett Valley, Farmington and Belgrade.
Guests are seated at one big farmhouse table, centering spontaneous in person connections and groundedness.
